Summary

Well schools are back in session. Summer concerts are over. You’d think that sales would be down, and maybe things will slow down in September–but August ended with a lot of market activity. The most action was in Ravinia, Summerhouse, Trails and Villas. Days on market rose from last month, but Calavera Hills properties are still averaging less than a month on the market. To top things off, homes averaged 99% of asking price!

In other news, I am busy working on updating the website. In particular, I’m in the process of adding a home valuation tool, so if you live in Calavera Hills, you can get an instant estimate.
