Eligibility
To be eligible, you must own property in Calavera Hills. Of course, being eligible is just the first step. There is almost always a waiting list. How long you will have to wait depends upon how often a space becomes available in your desired size and how many people are on that waiting list in front of you.

Sometimes it takes a few months, sometimes much longer. I have a camper and I was on the waitlist for 7 months before I finally got a spot. Contact the management company to discuss details and get on the list.

Please note that this is the facility’s location, not the RV park’s managerial office. While there is an on-site manager, you will be unable to enter the facility (unless you already have access, given a code and a key) as the RV park is behind two different locked gates.
The park is on the west side of Tamarack Road, between Carlsbad Village Drive and El Camino Real.
