The market continues to be active. Properties in Calavera Hills are in high demand and are moving on and off the market quickly. All properties that are pending are sold have done so within 3 weeks. While 4038 Peninsula shows days on market as 36, it was off the market and just came back on recently. Once it did so, it went back under contract in a few days!
