Summary

It’s about the time of year when things start to slow down. Kids are going back to school and summer is drawing to a close. It’s getting easier to find a parking spot at the beach once again, and the traffic woes seem to be lessening. Calavera Hills is still looking good though. Low inventory and low interest rates have kept prices up, although look for that trend to start reversing. I received the Altos Research report for Carlsbad (compliments of my friends at Glen Oaks Escrow), which summarizes things nicely:

Carlsbad Market Report

I’m guessing that things for Calavera Hills will continue on their present path (low inventory, low days on market and high percentage of asking price). If you are interested in buying or selling, it’s important to have a local, knowledgeable agent on your side that can help you get the most for your money or home. I welcome the opportunity to serve you.
