Summary

Nearly all of the new homes that came on the market these past two weeks is from just one subdivision: the Villas. The Villas are generally the lowest priced homes in Calavera Hills. Ravinia, which is in the middle price range for Calavera Hills homes, also had a considerable share of recent activity with 4 different properties (1 active, 2 pending and 1 home sold).

Average mortgage rates remained unchanged as compared to last month–likely because the Federal Reserve had announced it is not going to raise interest rates. Although it was predicted earlier in the year that the Fed would raise rates in the 3rd quarter, revised predictions are for December or early 2016. Read more about the Fed’s announcement here.
