Summary

Predictably, things slowed down a bit. This is expected. As I mentioned back in June, things typically slow down in September, as school is back in session and the summer buying season winds down.  That doesn’t mean that homes in Calavera Hills aren’t moving though.  The average days on market for pending and sold homes was only 12!  Homes sold in that time still averaged 98% of asking price.

In some local news, the Carlsbad Cole Library is closed for construction until early June 2016. The Dove library is open in the meantime.  When the Cole library construction is complete, the Dove library will then shut down for renovation.

Speaking of construction, I’m still working on updating this website with an integrated MLS, Saved Searches and Home Valuation tool.  Thanks for bearing with me.
